My salesperson was wonderful. My family has purchased several new cars from him.
I am overall satisfied with my purchase. I upgraded from my Elantra, which I loved. The digital display is a bit confusing and takes a little while to get used to. I wish the XRT model came with a few more bells and whistles as I did pay extra for this model, at all it really was was black trim rather than silver and a roof rack and baseboards. A heated steering wheel, or rain guards, maybe a black front emblem rather than the silver would made it more sportier. Also, the tires could have been a heavier or more aggressive tire as this is advertised as more of an "off road/sport" version. It would have contributed to the more sportier rugged look that sets the XRT apart from the regular Tucson.
Also, the passenger seat lacks adjustment options, would have been nice to have the same as the driver's seat. The heating vents on/off design without being able to adjust where it is blowing is disappointing. The vehicle remains a little cold no matter how long you are in it.
