Now I will give it 5 stars when I first got it that would of been 1

I loved my car from the moment I got it. I had it for just six days and only 176 miles when I stopped at Costco to fill up the tank. I let the pump shut off on its own and did not overfill it. Ironically, I was already on my way to the dealership—just two miles away—to ask about a sensor being blocked by snow. As I was leaving the dealership, the car suddenly started shaking and the check engine light came on. It ended up being out of service for an entire month while I waited for a new fuel injector. This was incredibly frustrating. I’m paying a significantly higher car payment and insurance, and even the complimentary XM radio went unused while the car just sat. I truly feel Hyundai should have offered some form of compensation, given the severity of the issue so soon after purchase and the inconvenience it caused. I worked with a case representative but ultimately received nothing—I even joked about getting roof racks out of it, but no luck. Now, another concern has come up. Today was the first time I could open the sunroof, and the switch seems inconsistent—sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Despite all of this, I genuinely love my car and am still excited to take it on a road trip.

Worst car ever

I only drove the car for one month. I bought it in November I still paying for it. It’s been at the dealer since for a screen dashboard problem.

Generally, love the vehicle, but it had a problem.

Generally, the car has been very nice, but there are two issues. Car is luxurious and comfortable. Features are nice. Overall, happy with the car, but it's a lease and I'd think twice before owning it. It's at 5,000 miles and I had a major power loss issue. While driving on the turnpike with cruise control, and trying to pass another vehicle, instead of accelerating, when pressing on the gas, the car lost power and started decreasing in speed. The engine started racing a bit, running 4300RPM, when normally on cruise, it's running 2100RPM. The car was not able to maintain the cruise speed and any time I pushed the pedal over 4500RPM, the engine would cease to accelerate and I'd lose speed. Took the car in for service and service can't tell me what happened or why. I took pictures of it happening and they have nothing to say about it. The answer was "some OTA updates may overwrite logs". That's a terrible answer - so that's it, no evidence it happened and nothing to say about it? Very disappointed. With all that tech, they have nothing to tell me. The second issue is that the gas mileage is definitely less than they advertise and I tested it on a highway stretch and was duly unimpressed, getting 16MPG. Sometimes it's a bit better - high teens or low twenties - but, overall, not impressed. This is for the non-hybrid 6 cylinder. Oh well. Otherwise, it's a nice ride with nice features.

Having issues and dealer no anle to duplicate

Love the vehicle, but having an issue while breaking where the engine accelerates and don't want to stop. Has happened 4 times in 2 months of ownership.

Great but...

Amazing technology but why not have auto separate Key identity so each driver's seat etc settings are recognized and duly adjusted like Ford and Chevy cars. Should have auto adjust steering column settings and auto adjust foot peddle. Use standard J hook wiper blades vs Hyundai s way too costly ones. Too bad there's no Turbo V 6.

Terrible Customer Service

We have had an issue from the time we have taken it home. The dealership and Customer Care have failed to fix the issues and we continue to get the finger pointing and run around!

Security Features are subpar, Mileage is way less than advertized

For the price I expect the security features to be excellent but there are subpar, the stay in lane feature gives up multiple times, even when driving slow at 30 mph, and driving highway at 70mph, so it is dangerous. I managed to not hit the vehicle next to me at 70 mph highway driving multiple times. The advertised mileage was 19 city. but I am only getting 14 in the city, so that is false advertising and malicious intent.

Do Not Waste Your Money

I have 4,660 miles on my vehicle and my check engine light has been on for 3,700 of those miles. Cylinders misfiring, several recalls and the vent flap on the front has been malfunctioning since 900 miles on my vehicle. I have attempted to get it fixed FOUR times at the dealership I purchased it from and I am at another dealership to attempt to have a fully functioning vehicle. If this much has gone wrong in the few months I have owned it, I am terrified to think what else can happen. I completely regret buying this car and the dealership I purchased it from does not care.

Great comfort

I traded in my 2020 subaru forester for this 2026 palisade because I hated the seats in my suabru , they were so hard and uncomfortable for long road trips. I sat inside the palisade and took a test drive and the seat was so comfortable I know my road trips will be fantastic .
