Hard to review a car that is in service now going on over 20 days

Both the car and my customer service experience have not been good. This was my first buying experience with Hyundai and I am about to file a lemon lawsuit because you can’t seem to fix my car!

Looks good but only average

Often when I step on the gas, for example when entering the expressway, the car just doesn't react. I've driven the car for about two months and I've already opened the trunk accidently 3 or 4 times just by gently holding the remote in my hand. Putting that button on the side was a bad idea.

Exceptional in every aspect!

I did extensive research in investigating my next vehicle. The Palisade far exceeded my expectations.? The attention to every detail, the spacious cabin, the beautiful design, the quiet cabin, not to mention a smooth and easy ride and yet has great acceleration. I chose the calligraphy tram in it for exceeded the most luxurious vehicle on the market today. I am beyond thrilled with my purchase!

Amazing luxury!

Upgraded from a 2020 Sel. To the 26 Calligraphy best decision I’ve ever made. The features are awesome! The comfort is by far the best I’ve had. Affordable luxury is all I can say! This is my third Hyundai and second Palisade. I can’t help but keep coming back!

Good vehicle - needs more power

Our new Pallasade is roomy comfortable and rides great. The only downside is the standard (non hybrid) engine has no giddy up and go. I have 2024 Telluride which has plenty of power.

Two rear captain seats and driver door have severe rattles

I have only had the vehicles afew months and the Two rear captain seats and driver door have severe rattles severely. Also, the screen has blanked out a few times that the turn assist screens have turned green. Beginning to worry that I have made a bad decision after driving Tahoes for the last 20 years.

This new style is too boxy in the front, back favors a Range Rover.

There's good and bad. As mentioned earlier, boxy in the front but rear design is sleek especially the lights. The inside is not that luxury look so it could use some upgrades. Thanks for making the drink pockets in the door bigger! Also, the different options for charging up phones is nice. Overall, I would say 8.5 out of 10 grade.

A tire struck my vehicle, causing severe damage and splitting the front end. The airbags did not deploy, resulting in my impact with the steering wheel and dashboard. The vehicle's safety features failed to protect me during the collision.

Great car!

Cannot be happier with the quality of this car. Smoot ride. Quality build. Have not found any defects yet (a 500 miles). A lot of car for maybe $20,000 less than a similar car from Acura or Lexus. I have driven Acura vehicles for decades. Last one was a 2020 MDX SH-AWD, but when I looked for a new one it was ridiculously expensive. Besides, recent experience showed me that the build-quality had fallen off quite a bit. Lexus vehicles were similarly overpriced. This car has so many "bells and whistles" I may never use them all. Crazy good vehicle to take grand kids out and about when they visit. Third row seat can actually be used. Not so with the MDX and some other three-row vehicles I looked at before buying.

Love the ride, the features, but it's a lemon.

I gave this a 2 star because I do love all the features that come on this car. This is a very smooth ride without going into the luxury brands, however, I bought my Palisade new at the end of March 2026, it is now June 2026 and it has been into the shop 3 times. Check engine light flashes but no error code. Wheel bearing had to be replaced. It wouldn't maintain speed while in cruise. After that stopped, the check engine light came on and did send an error code. Then the engine light went off. That ended up with fears of needing an new transmission but fortunately only a sensor needed replaced. The front bumper and wiring harness had to be replaced and ever since then my phone does not connect correctly. I had a Kia before this with engine issues, so, while I do love you can get a luxury feel for less of a price money wise, the frustration cost is very significant. We're looking at getting rid of the lemon and going into a luxury vehicle. We have looked into the lemon laws in my state, but when researching how Hyundai operates, they do not replace vehicles, only buys back, and tries to cheat you out of dealer fees, taxes, etc, and it is recommended to get a lemon law attorney. I was hoping that Hyundai was better than that, but apparently not.
