One Great Vehicle

The vehicle performs as expected. It is comfortable and roomy. I was nervous about getting the Palisade but I’m glad I did. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone. Love it

Love this SUV

I was in desperate need of a SUV for my design business. I wanted something that would allow me the space I needed for Artwork, Accessories, and moderately sized furniture pieces, but still be sexy enough for stepping out and the 2025 Palisade is and has been that for me!!! It is spacious and sexy! The front grill is"boss", it has an endless amount of gadgets, and all of the space I need to haul my goodies! I really didn't want another car payment, but this 2025 Palisade has been worth it!

Two issues: 1. The black spot at night from drivers side from the safety on the led lighting is annoying. 2. Wish the front bucket seats were a couple inches wider.

Very Good but not Perfect

I'll start by noting that my previous vehicle was a Jaguar XJL Portfolio so it's probably not fair measuring against that in some of my comments but here we go. Not so good and I'll end on the positive. First, I'm disappointed it doesn't have folding door mirrors. They're big mirrors and it would be useful if the electronically folded when locking the vehicle to allow people to pass in restricted parking areas. My fault for not noting this but having researched so many SUVs which did have folding door mirrors, I forgot this one didn't. Second, the vehicle is not as quiet as I had hoped from the engine revving. Some more work on sound deadening needed there. Third, the wind buffeting from the drivers door mirror becomes noticeable around 55 mph. Sure, I can drown it out by having the radio or music on but I don't always have that selected. I think this has something to do with the shape and size of the door mirror structure. I think it needs a more aerodynamic oval design to reduce the wind buffeting. Fourth, storage areas are hard plastic and need some deadening material so you don't hear everything that rolls around in the storage areas. Other than those things I am very happy with the vehicle. It drives very well with the drivers position very good for all round visibility. Internally, with the Calligraphy light grey finish, is very good and the seats are supportive and comfortable. There is plenty of leg space. I tried the massage feature but it's not user friendly compared to the Jaguar. I won't use it again. The storage at the rear (rarely if ever will I have the third row erected but glad I have that feature if ever needed. With those seats down the storage is excellent for me and my buddies to store our golf clubs plus other stuff. So far, the software has been fine and has updated a couple of times for different apps without any issues. The headlights do a fine job of lighting the road. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the Palisade and with further improvements on those areas I've highlighted as "Not so Good", this would be an excellent vehicle. Note, I've only owned this vehicle for three months and the real judgment of a vehicle is over a much longer period, say three years or so.

PROs: Great Warranty - bought extended warranty: 10yr/120K miles bumper-to-bumper Great technology/safety features: HDA, Park assist, etc. Great option for 8-passenger SUV CONs: Gas tank too small - cannot even get 350 miles before I have to fill up Android Auto wireless capability not available Will likely trade the car for Palisade hybrid model once available

2025 Palisade XRT

In 4 months of ownership, my shiny black painted front grill started peeling off in different spots. I noticed a bubble in my white painted lower portion of the passenger’s side and a spot of white paint came off on top of my hood. I think there is a paint problem happening with my 2025 Palisade. Overall, I love my car’s comfort, elegant design/look that’s why I chose a white with the shiny black contrast all around, technology, affordability and its warranty protection. I still will recommend it to my family and friends.

Better than an average vehicle. Electronics are a little too much. Should be simpler to control especially for the driver. Controls can be distracting for the driver.
