Comfortable with many great features

This car is wonderful! The ride is very comfortable - in all the seats! The safety features are very helpful - the multiple sensors for parking, moving into other lanes of traffic, slowing down with cruise control when approaching another vehicle.

Love my new Palisade!

I love all of the advanced safety features, the free Navigation, the heated and cooled seats in the first and second rows, the flexibility with the 3rd row seating that gives me so much extra storage, how high I sit in the car and the size of the vehicle makes me feel safer than my last vehicle and there are a lot of interior lights, which is great.

Very comfortable and fun to drive. Its an SUV that handles like a sports car. Tight steering with very little body roll when cornering, I have always been a GM or Ram guy, but this Palisade is miles ahead. And it has apple car play. GM says no to that. I had their system in a Cadillac once. It was awful. That is what lead me to investigate other manufactures. Thank heavens for that or I might have overlooked a wonderful vehicle. My wife was so impressed, she traded for a hybrid Hyundai. Same deal, comfortable and very fun to drive.

Very smooth ride and super comortable.

This SUV has everything you may want in a family SUV. I only as for them to upgrade the power in the slugish V6 that needs a turbo to get such a heavy SUV going sometimes. The lack of power does pick up but on when you press hard on the gas and get the SUV going. I have had tried many functions and still have a lack of power going to the wheels even on AWD in Sport mode.

Calligraphy package

Thought the Calligraphy package came with AWD? The car should be identified as so. Not sure we even have AWD The car should show the designation. Separate the Cruise control from the smart portion. Cruise control is very eradicate while trying to shut the Smart off. Better!

Tech is underwhelming.

User interface is underwhelming. No wireless Android auto is ridiculous in a car in 2025. Hyundai blue link app for remote services rarely work. Push button transmission is awkward. Small gas tank capacity for such a large car.

My new favorite vehicle

This vehicle drives and rides the best of any previously owned vehicles. We went with the next to basic model only because we needed the preset seat buttons. It came with just about every option available on this model. And you can't beat their warranty.

A comfortable, well equipped vehicle, but has an issue

This 2025 is our 3rd Calligraphy and while we enjoy the vehicle our biggest disappointment is the Hyundai Driver Assist - our 2021 & 2023 Palisade Calligraphy’s we had no issues the system worked flawlessly and we trusted it. This 2025 model is the complete opposite and we cannot trust its operation and DO NOT consider it a safety feature. The vehicle cannot maintain the lane, it wanders and will move from the left side of the lane to the right and cross over the lane stripe into the next lane. It will work correctly for a short period of time and then it’s as if the car is driving with it off. Extremely dissatisfied with the fact that we took it to the dealer and they said they adjusted the camera, but there is nothing more to be done unless Hyundai releases a TSB for a correction. This needs to be looked into because whatever is different in the 2025 model from prior years is not working. Also, Navigation map should show railroad tracks like other in car nav’s as it helps when your not familiar with an area. It also does not provide the most efficient route compared to Google and Apple Maps.

Luv My Palisade Calligraphy

Great riding SUV that is a lot of fun to drive. Plus it has tons of safety features that keep me and my family safe. The infotainment center is somewhat dated (no wireless Android Auto) but otherwise it has all the Tech!

Great family SUV

I love the space the truck has to offer. The pickup is great as well. The styling is a little dated and its twin has a little more standard tech. I love the versatility this offers. A hybrid engine would a nice addition. This is our Hyundai and they keep getting better

So far I am happy with it

Still learning all its features but happy with everything except the door locking system Has a lot of leg room and head room. Storage space is great. I think massage seating should be on passenger side too.

This is one of the best driving cars I have owned.

This is smooth riding and great handling car. With lots of room and the premium package . Noise is minimal and the third seat is comfortable with a lot of leg room for your passengers. Captain seats give you room to relax.

Broke down after 6 days

My Palisade broke down after 6 days, was in the shop 3 times while we were on vacation out of state, the dealership made promises that they then went back on, Hyundai Corporate failed to make it right, and I ended having to buy a new car, pay over $12k in taxes and fees AGAIN, and I’m highly disappointed by the whole experience of buying my first Hyundai and never will again, and I regularly tell all my friends about the awful experience and the awful vehicle I got stuck with.

Sorry that I bought this Palisade

Hated the limited color choice. I hate black interiors. The white/beige interior was fine but a red exterior was not available with the light interior. I settle for the blue only to find we all think the color is black. I have never wanted to buy a black car. Buying the car was time consuming and problematic even though I was paying cash and providing a great trade-in. I see after driving the car that it is too big and wide for where I generally park my car. I have to manually close the left side mirror to safely drive it into and out of my garage. After 3 months, I still don't know how to do basic things with the car dashboard. My wife still has not driven the car (bought 10 weeks ago). She prefers her red Kia Sorento.

Best vehicle for my growing family

After having a Tucson for many years when my family expanded to include two young ones we decided to stay with the Hyundai family and go with the Palisade Calligraphy. Best choice we could have made. Extremely pleased with the performance and look of this vehicle.

The radio interface is terrible. Please see my comments in the Cons section below where I provide more details. The car has a very quite ride, and the safety features and numerous. More time should be spent on providing an update to the radio interface.

80 day review

First 80 days of ownership our Palisade has been in the shop/dealership 5 times for a total of 15 days. The odometer has 800 miles on it of which 300 miles to the dealership and back. Right now we are dealing with a lot of regret in buying a Hyundai. Stockton Hyundai by far is the worse dealership I have ever did business with. Hyundai USA has been very slow to respond to our concerns.

I liked the first one well enough to buy an identical newer model. I feel it’s a great value for the money. The warranty means a lot and the service included is a nice bonus. It’s a roomy mid size SUV and I’m confident when driving it for comfort and safety.
