Peeling drivers seat - 2023 palisade brand new

Side of drivers seat started peeling shortly after purchasing the vehicle brand new. Very upset with this and am not impressed that no one is willing to help with this concern and frustration. I would really appreciate someone to contact me in regards to the peeling drivers seat that started within a month of purchasing the vehicle.

Great 8 passenger vehicle

With teenager children, who are over 6ft tall we needed an 8 passenger vehicle to fit them and be comfortable. The Palisade has excellent leg and head room, good storage, and many charging ports. We are very happy with our purchase.

Good

Nice looking. All wheel drive important for where we live. Limited supply of new vehicles. Not my dream car, but will do for now. Wanted the next level up. New vehicles seem very hard to find. Probably trade in a year or two.

The salesperson and dealership were great

Like my new vehicle, but the color was not what was depicted on Hyundai website.Was also dissapointed that the A/C failed when picking up the vehicle and they had to try 3 parts to fix it and we were not able to get our Palisade until a week later.

Became defective at 1300 miles

Door sensor said the passenger door was open. Car brand new was in the shop for a week. Would not recommend also with the recall going on there seems to be no answer to fix. I would not recommend this car at this time

Amazing vehicle !

Great SUV

Very nice spacious SUV it has very nice qualities. The safety factor are above satisfaction. I love how up to date the technology is in it. I love that there is a walkway to get to the 3rd row and you don’t have ti let the seats down to get to it.

Don't buy from massey hyundai in Hagerstown md

The vehicle itself is amazing! Love everything about it but I will NEVER buy another vehicle from massey hyundai in Hagerstown md. I have NEVER been treated so badly as I was with them! I felt like I was treated like shit!

Great SUV. Comfortable, reasonably priced in comparison to other vehicles in its type, size etc. Numerous features like cooled and heated seats in front and back. Massage for drivers side, lots of leg room and storage space.

Luv this Palisade Calligraphy!

It really checked all my boxes when most competitors do not. There are few trade offs and overall my expectations were exceeded. Ive also recieved many compliments and many were surprised to learn it's a Hyundai.

Within 3 weeks started facing manufacturing defects

1. Bluetooth didn’t allow the receiver hear my voice 2. Apple car play stopped working 3. The plastic cover on rear wheel axle came out Dissatisfied with the quality control and workmanship. A lose nut on the axle and falling out on highway and a plastic part dragging on highway is a huge miss. I had to take exit and tie the plastic piece with my shoelaces. This is ridiculous experience within first month of buying a brand new vehicle.

Ups and downs

It’s got some great features and some features that over time leave something to be desired. In the price range it’s great for the features it offers, but also at the high end of the Hyundais lineup, the quality of vehicles below Palisade seem like there’s more bang for your buck. Santa Fe in the past has been top notch as far as features and quality of product goes for price point. In comparison to the new palisade at a higher sticker price it offers some fun features if they work consistently and correctly and you can drive it more than it is in shop

2023 Hyundai Palisade SEL

Very nice build quality of this 2023 Hyundai Palisade SEL. Very satisfied overall - only issue occurred last week that i have previously mentioned in this survey (Vehicle had a Check Engine Light On when started for the first time that day and idled and drove very roughly. It would not drive faster than 35 miles/hr till the vehicle was shut off for about 30 minutes and then restarted - it has not recurred so far) - I'll mention it to the Dealer when i schedule an Oil Change in the coming weeks.

Missing main accessory I ordered from the factory!

Vehicle was delivered by dealership missing the towing package. Was told parts for this weren’t available at the time my car was being built. Hyundai and the dealership continue to evade responsibility for getting this feature installed. Instead, “go to an aftermarket shop and have them install it. Unprofessional, not acceptable.

Disappointed

I’ve been a loyal customer for years and the quality of the new Palisade Limited is not good. I will not lease another Palisade again. Seats are uncomfortable and leather feels cheap. Interior is all plastic along with door trim. Doesn’t have same options as prior year same model because they only included in the Calligraphy. Gas mileage could be better. Rims on limited are cheap plastic. Not happy at all.

Great vehicle so far!

Great vehicle so far. Comfortable and feels luxurious especially for price paid compared to other brands! Lots of features. Looks modern but classy at the same time. The drive is great and road noise is low compared to other vehicles driven.
