Very poor

I have less than 2k miles on my car and it has been back at the dealership twice and it currently has been at the shop for two weeks waiting on a part. I do not want the car. You should do the right thing and give me my down payment back and take the car back.

is ok but the glitches be glitching

Overall, the 2025 Hyundai Kona Electric is okay. If you overlook the bulbous design, glitchy creature comforts, and potentially egregious build flaws, this vehicle will do just fine. One of the worst glitches is the volume control for the Bose sound system. If it gets stuck on one particular volume control—i.e., navigation or voice prompts—it becomes nearly impossible to switch it back to any other volume control. Apple CarPlay often crashes, and the in-car navigation's map is difficult to see clearly, which makes it hard to follow. The Kona also falls prey to the trap of technology and comfort being more of a hindrance than a help. When the back seat passengers decide to unbuckle a mere block before exiting the vehicle, the car yells at you long after they have left. My Limited trim came with "parking assist," which I’m not sure why Hyundai decided to include in any vehicle, as it doesn’t work in situations where it might be helpful due to sensory overload and only allows itself to be used when there’s a field of open space surrounding the vehicle. I have had this vehicle for four months, and I have already replaced two of the tires. The perforated seats quickly accumulate debris, and the tiny holes make it virtually impossible to remove anything. To top all this off, my particular vehicle has exposed bolts under one of the seats where every other would-be exposed bolt in the vehicle has a nut and cap on it for security and safety. When I asked both Hyundai customer care and a local dealership about this, I received a lackluster response flippantly disregarding my concerns about a vehicle which clearly should not have passed inspection on the assembly line. Now I’m stuck with a potential death trap of a car which, though a fun and zippy little thing to drive, might kill me at any moment. then again, what more could one come to expect from a Hyundai

Perfect size for our needs, comfortable riding and great gas mileage

Fits our needs and is nice looking car, especially like the hubcaps!! Like the white leather seats and exterior lights. We like all the Blue Link features and safety features included such as parking assistance. The cameras are also great especially in parking lots!!

It could have been a better vehicle. Many mechanical defects that have not been resolved, it remains the same. I bought two identical units and both have the same problem. It seems like I'm driving a Titanic.

Like the vehicle but not enough features . I don’t have that much to say. I love the color. I love the way it rides. Maybe should have added more features. If you added more features you would find out that more people would like the car

Within 24 hours of purchase, I experienced acceleration failure.

Everything other than the acceleration problem is what I would expect from a Hyundai product. Well built, attractive, affordable, comfortable and otherwise a great vehicle. The failure of the acceleration and the ability of the service departments to be able to diagnose and correct the problem has soured me on the Hyundai product. I'm stuck right now but unless Hyundai makes good on resolving the isso, I will never purchase nor recommend the product and brand again.

its a great vehicle but lacks some standard features.

good size vehicle specially for a vehicle in the city where parking space is always a shortage. confortable... reliable...and affordable. The vehicle handles great, and has good torke... picks up speeds when need it..

I love my new vehicle

Love the car. Love the style. Not comfortable yet with features that have changed. I have only had the car for less than a month which makes it difficult to answer a number of questions or to make too many comments??????

Hyundai Kona's Stealthy Style

This SUV is like that effortlessly cool friend who’s always up for an adventure. Zipping around in this thing is super fun—it’s quick, handles like a dream, and just feels alive on the road. Trust me, I loved my 15 year old Santa Fe, but it was a 2009 and very basic. This upgrade is packed with awesome features: a cool curvy touchscreen, smart safety technology, and seat warmers. I love that I can turn the vehicle on from my home to get it warmed up in the cold Kansas winters. It’s stylish, sporty, and a total vibe. Driving the Kona isn’t just getting from A to B—it’s an experience.

Good value, but if fall short with certain interior features.

The car rides well but it has a lot of engine noise. The dashboard is hard to read because the silver lights on the buttons are hard to see or read in the sunlight, they should be red. The infotainment system is confusing and not user friendly. The radio shuts off when you use the horn or the directionals. The gas mileage is not as good as I thought it would be.

Great car

This is a nice car, it has a lot of safety features that is functional such as built in navigation, back up camera, and most imporant is the warning sensor. This car serve a purpose and very comfortable while driving.

Fun to drive

Just a fun car to drive. The dashboard is great. The front driver seat is ok. The stereo is bose so that's great. I do not like the position of the drivers mat holders. It is under the area I place my left foot. Which is uncomfortable.

Our Kona is so pretty. It rides so smoothly.

We like our Kona very much. We like the color, warranty, and room inside. We travel to see our kids and I really like the dashboard, especially the GPS. We would definitely recommend buying an hyundai to our friends and family. Thanks

A competitively attractive vehicle

I love the color, and have received several different comments and compliments on the wheels (rims). I am looking forward to seeing the accessories that are available for the 2025 model. Right now I only see 2024 accessory parts available.

Love the way it drives, so smooth and quiet.

I love the way it drives, it's so smooth and quiet. I also love the nature sounds with music that I can listen to as I drive. I like that it is larger than my last KONA, which gives the people in the backseat a lot more leg room.
