Great Midsize Car

This car is comfortable and has helpful features that ensure a smooth ride. The dashboard screen is large and visible. The alert systems help you avoid any collisions. The gas mileage is excellent.

2025 Kona Review

I love my 2025 Hyundai Kona. It is easy to drive and maneuver. The only things that took time to get use to gear shift and wipers. The wipers need to go back to the way they were. I do not like if I need my front wipers on that I have to move the lever up instead of what I’m accustomed to in the down direction. Also, in previous cars, the radio control was on the left and in this car it’s on the right so I would change it back to again, for what people are accustomed to. Finally, the spare key is not integrated into the fob. You have to carry that spare key separately.

Excellent Car for us!

This is primarily my wife's car and she absolutely loves it! The increased size is great and it drives & handles wonderfully. We haven't driven it in the snow yet, but don't foresee any issues. We love the snappier engine but wish the gas mileage was a little better. Very comfortable to drive and with the little larger size, the backseats are much more comfortable as well.

My Fifth Hyundai

Most likely, I will buy only Hyundai cars because of the value, the design, the comfort, and the reliability of the brand. This is my second Kona; I loved my first one, and I love this one, too! (I have had 2 Accents, 1 Veloster, and 2 Konas.)

This is my 5th Hyundai, and it just might be my favorite. It's the perfect size for me, has great pick-up, and I felt comfortable driving it from the second I got behind the wheel! LOVE MY KONA!!

Overall satisfaction is very good with a few exceptions.

It's easier to list what I don't like about my 2025 Kona. 1) Windshield wipers that can only be raised a few inches from operating position. I can see that will make self replacement more difficult. 2) Turning off ignition switch prevents continued listening to radio. 3) Center console is too small and shallow.

Better than expected gas mileage. Very nice handling.

We had a Tuson lease that was ending. We were looking for something a little more economical because we are both retiring soon. The Kona so far seems to be a very good choice for us. Fuel economy is better than advertised and we like the way it handles on the highway, better than our previous car.

Too much tech

The car drives well and I appreciate being able to set up the seat and steering wheel for a perfect fit. I like the heated seats, which is the only reason I chose this model. The paddle things on the steering wheel are annoying and unnecessary, and once in awhile I hit them unexpectedly, so they are in the way as well. I still can’t figure out the cruise control. The fat steering wheel fatigues my hands on long trips. There are way too many unnecessary things in the technology.

Great ride, but missing a few things.

I really love my Kona. The tech on it is awesome. I have a few negative things though. It's a bummer that the passenger seat doesn't have power seating as well and it doesn't have automatic windshield wipers to detect rain. We have also ran into an issue with the wireless charging pad overheating our phone. I love the 360 degree cameras and the car drives really smoothly as well. I love the blind spot cameras that pop up on the dash.

Good value for the money. Would have liked more interior features but you need to buy a package. Not worth spending more money to get a few things I wanted and features I did not want.
