All kinds of issues with the dashboard system, and transmission gear shifting.

I have taken this vehicle to two different dealerships and spent hours on the phone with the Blue link. Customer service people as well. Nobody is able to resolve The problems the vehicle has. The settings always reset back to whatever the car had them set as despite you not not wanting some of the options. You have to reset them every single time you drive. The transmission gears often times will shift a gear that you did not select. For example, From reverse, it will go into reverse. This has happened a handful of times with me. It’s kind of scary. Of course, when you take it to a dealership, they can’t always find this within the time they have the vehicle.

It handles well and Love the milage!

I was happy with the Kona from the first day I owed it. It's easy to find a parking spot and is fun to drive. My life partner enjoys driving it also. She is not very big. Everybody loves the colors of the car. They ask me where I bought it. I tell Billion Hyundai on 41st Street. And they liked what I said. I also bought a Nissan Rogue at the used car lot at Billions. But it got totalled out in a storm we had. I thank you for what you do. A survey is important because I check reviews before buying a vehicle or anything.

Great Car

Of all the Hyundai/Kia's I've had, this is the most fun to drive. Gets good gas mileage. Really like the AWD, my first car with AWD, worked great in the snow this past winter. Just wish it had come with built in navigation.

Best Vehicle Around

This is a wonderful vehicle. I have had it almost 3 years, and have never had a problem. I was trading cars every 3 yrs. but this one is a keeper. Do not have any complaints at all. Best of all, it parks very easily, and I am not a back up person.

Love my Kona

I really love this car. The only drawback is that the back seat is very small...and the cargo space is smaller than my husband's Elantra. And the road noise is very loud with the windows open and going over 35-40 mph.

Fun little car to drive with good gas mileage.

The Kona N-Line is a great car that is very fun to drive. It handles well and with its all wheel drive it handles great is bad weather and snowing roads. My loves this car because it fits her personality to a T. It's a smaller SUV so don't expect a ton of storage space or leg room. A baby seat in the back can take up quit a bit of space and you'll have to push the passenger seat all the way forward to handle the car seat. It's still a great car to drive.

No problems, good for us older folks to get around in. lots of space for groceries and travel space

It’s convenient and cute and reliable . Never have to worry about getting into spaces to drive by. The mileage for gas is great. Not too big and not too small. Good little car for me. I think anyone that buys one is going to be comfortable with it.

Trade

Would like to trade but I was told not to trade again after 2 years by the manager not to. So I guess I will go the Honda and see what they have and may trade there again. The Kona had been wonderful car.

N-Line model awesome

This car is sharp looking, handles great, good power train, smooth ride , seats are comfortable with good lumbar support. The engine delivers quick response and is very smooth. In sport mode it hustles and is more fun. Overall one of the best cars I've owned. And no maintenance issues, no quality issues. Hyundai is an awesome brand and keeps getting better, I just leased an Ioniq6, that's awesome as well !! I went to the other brands, none stand up to the value, looks, quality of Hyundai!

Love it!

I'd purchase this vehicle again. Very practical and great gas mileage. It is a cute car. I love the way it drives and the vast cargo space, especially with the seats folded down, allows me to haul all kinds of stuff for work.

Would buy it again

I researched my Kona and other options for 4 months before purchasing. I knew it was what I needed before buying and I haven't been disappointed. My only issue is the availability of all wheel drive was almost nonexistent when I purchased. I would've rather have had all wheel drive.

KONA worth the drive

Really surprised at how well the car handles and looks. Great gas milage on the highway. Enough room on the interior for traveling. Looks great on the exterior. Like the features such as auto headlights, and bluetooth connection.

Fun

Fun to drive. Decent handling and performance, but could use a 1.8 turbo with a more responsive clutchless gear shift. Technology package a must for it provides opportunities for interacting with vehicle under diverse conditions. Larger fuel tank and greater range needed. Better interior plastic would be appreciated. Overall, fun to drive and interact with.

Over all good car

Over all a good car. Does need more cabin space. Back seat is tight. The car is easy to get in the car and out of the car. The car drives nice. The exterior of the car has a nice shape. The satellite radio does need it own button.

Decent commuter vehicle

We leased this vehicle as a replacement for a Hyundai Sonata whose lease had come to an end. We were looking for something with all-wheel-drive, as we live in an area that gets snow in winter. The Kona has been adequate in getting us where we need to go. It's not a thrilling car by any means, the CVT holds it back in that regard, but it gets good enough fuel economy to offset that.

Very good experience.

This is the first time I got smaller car. It has everything my Cadillac had. I always had big cars, with this one I am very happy it has all the things that my very expensive car had,now I love my little Kona.
