So far I enjoy driving my Kona it has done everything I expected. The only draw back is that when I back up the morning the brakes make a groaning noise. I want you to know it handled so good in the snow which made me feel safe.

I love the car. I feel so safe when I change lanes or drive after dark. It has given me confidence to continue driving at age 89.

I am an active 89 year old widow and wanted a car that had safety features and would be reliable and easy to drive. I found it it the Hyundai Kona. It is comfortable, easy to drive and very reliable. I have driven it 9500 miles and not had any problems. The headlights pick up everything at the side of the road and that is very important to me. I drive in very busy city traffic and the Kona has warning systems that are very helpful in traffic. It's reliable, easy to drive and classy looking. I'm one happy lady.

Enjoyment of my 2021 Hyundai Kona

Great value

The Kona is fun to drive, good value for the money, easy to drive, and handles well. I get very good gas mileage around town and on the highway too. The only "complaint" I have is that the trunk does not hold much unless back seats are laid down.

Reliable and fun

No real problems. Nothing really to complain about. It is fun to drive on mountain cliffs and comfortable. Easy to road trip. Gas efficient. On trips I get something like 35 or 40 mpg on freeway. Definitely a good car.

Great Vehicle

I like cars and have owned dozens, usually having at least three. After driving several Hyundais as rental cars, I was impressed and decided to try one. So I leased my Kona just to run around town in and see what it was about. Now it’s what I drive the most. It’s comfy, handles VERY well, and now I take it even on long trips. It just makes me feel happy and carefree every time I’m in it.

Trunk are very small, my golf bag doesn't fit. Need to adjust the back seat for my golf bag.

I like the gas mileage of my 2021 Kona, seat heater is OK. From stop to acceleration there was a little bit of hesitation when stepping on the gas. The side of the trunk cracked and my bumper to bumper warranty doesn't cover, don't know why. So far I had it now for a few months and this is the only review I can give this time.

Look elsewhere

The car has very slow acceleration, I am concerned when entering a highway. Little or no radio reception. Stations have too much static or cannot get any reception. I look forward to the lease ending.

Great Compact SUV

I was not sure if I wanted a Kona at first because I thought it was too small. When I actually got in and test drive it, I found it to be just the size I needed. I really liked the gas mileage the display and media features as well as the heated seats. This car is sporty looking as well as has a good turn radius and helpful safety features that you can deactivate I'd they get annoying. Over all I am very pleased with this car.

Can't Recommend

I wanted to like this vehicle, but it fell short in many categories. Not enough space. Poorly constructed. Too much engine noise. Too much road noise. Safety features are unreliable. Dealership delivered this new vehilce to me in "used" condition.

Good car

Car runs smoothly. Good on gas. Seat adjustment doesn't go really high if you want the feel of an SUV, don't get a crossover. Love the many features it has without me having to pay for a luxury vehicle.

Engine issues to 11 month to be addressed

Nice car. i wish my concerns we treated in a far more timely manor. The car's oil consumption was clearly excessive, the dealer was aware, solutions offered were nonsensically for a new car. I would not take the car on a long trip for a year for fear of getting stuck on the side of the road, which seamed to be necessary for my (known by Hyundai) issue to be addressed

great function and reliability

The car is stylish and reliable with excellent gas millage, the features are excellent and easy to use, the warranty can not be beat, lack of a factory installed remote starter option is disappointing, seats are uncomfortable after about 20 minutes and there is not enough storage in the rear hatch.

Vehicle needs a more comfortable interior. Too noisy when driving. The mirrors donno go out automatically. This is my first time buying a car. If I were to select again . I would have selected it. Thinking of trading it in already.
