Would love to have a v8 engine on it a regular spare tire better quality floor mats and don’t allow the dealership to make you paid over price what I had to pay to get the vehicle also sell you some warranties, like window tint key replacement, ananananananan.

My Genesis Experience

The vehicle is great. Get a lot of compliments on it. Was wondering if you have black rims for it. Vehicle is fun to drive and has a smooth ride. Feels good just getting in it and taking a drive around town and to receive compliments about it or being asked what it is makes it feel like it is a unique vehicle.

Awesome Vehicle

Great car. The performance is awesome. The vehicle is very comfortable. It looks great. Holds up to two boys running around to soccer. It needs a bigger gas tank needs automated always on high beams overall great vehicle I would buy it again. and I would recommend it to others.

Poor service with dealerships, great vehicle otherwise

Great vehicle. However, good luck with the dealers if you need any kind of service. Concierge service is a joke. Valet availability is months away in my area if you need service with valet. My dealer had no clue what my issue was. They returned the vehicle without fixing the issue and went MIA when trying to reach out multiple times.

A very comfortable car, represents an excellent value. in premium SUV market, we looked at Audi q7, VOLVO XC90, BMW X5, and Lexus RX 70, an interesting thing that helped us with our purchase decision, was Warranty, a more diverse selection of interior colors.

To all ! If you are in the market to purchase a new car. I would, hands down, recommend the Genesis line of vehicles. I have just purchased my 5th vehicle from the Hyundai/Genesis line of cars. I started out humbly with the 2010 Hyundai Sonata and then upgraded to another Sonata. Then the Hyundai Genesis was introduced and I purchased one and kept it for three years and upgraded when Genesis created their own line and got the Genesis G80 and kept it for four years and have made a major move and purchased the newly designed GV80 and I am beyond pleased with EVERYTHING about it!!!. My only advise is to get what you can comfortably afford, but get a Genesis!

Confusing infocenter and connectivity issues

Info and entertainment center may have been designed by a lunitic. I've NEVER been able to use some features. Too complex for busy people to spend time researching. Simplify it. Get rid of the app too - it doesn't connect anyway. Even this review has taken 30 minutes for me to complete.

Hasn’t been what I expected. The continued issues with my door and not having my vehicle is causing an inconvenience and I am still having to pay this monthly and no car and no idea of how long this will take or if when I get the car back fixed it works. My warranty has expired so who will be responsible for the cost going forward.

Disappointed with transparency

Very disappointed at the deceptive tactics of the salesman concerning real time traffic information when asked during test drive. Disappointed in the Genesis brand in not addressing a problem that is well know. Very difficult to understand theLuxury brand identity that it is seeking. My whole new car purchase experience has been challenged because of this experience. My confidence in the Dealer and Genesis brand has been challenged. I hope that I am surprised and that this experience is not representative of the future. I moved from the BMW product and hope I did not make a mistake

Super vehicle for the money

I really like the car, outstanding fit and finish , although the gas mileage could be a bit better. The downside of it is the fact that a $77,000 car has no spare tire. I understand that the Genesis service will come when you call but having no spare tire means you have to get towed and find a way home. My cheap 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz, $30,000 came with a spare tire so I don't understand why Genesis doesn't have one especially when there is a spot for one. Cost me $600 for peace of mind travelling. Get it together Genesis when you spend this much for a car another couple of hundred is going to stop someone from buying one.

Genesis GV80 is very well built with features that are easy to operate. Styling is very fresh inside and out with handling very impressive.Seating is very comfortable front and rear. Can't say enough about the safety features which makes the vehicle so enjoyable to drive .

More Pros than Cons after 1 Year Ownership

Overall lovely design (interior and exterior). Great driving, road noise is very quiet. Sound system is great. The cons are basically no wireless Android Auto, if you have a large phone like a S23 Ultra, it will not be able to charge using the wireless charging pad. HVAC fan is pretty loud from the engine bay. Slight weird transmission shift when turning onto a street with an immediate incline. However the Pros still outweighs the Cons. Would still buy again if they solve majority of Cons in future variations. Hopefully still Gasoline and not the trendy/silly EV market.

Excellent vehicle

Seating isn't as comfortable as would be expected for a luxury type vehicle. Infotainment center is too busy and sometimes is hard to navigate. Vehicle drives extremely well and is easy to operate. Wish it had a regular gear shift lever. Took a while to remember how to change gear.

Love it

Love this SUV, has many luxury touches throughout. Comfortable ride, plenty of horsepower. Classy looking. Gas mileage could be improved but other than that it’s a great car. The interior is sharp, looking the headliner isn’t your usual stuff which helps with overall noise control.
