GV-70

Read the survey as I have stated issues many times. The hood design is flawed, it should be flushed with the vehicle. Genesis connect are telling me I have a Bluetooth issue but have yet to fix it hence I cannot use the Infotainment system since May.

Best Vehicle I ever owned.

I have had several luxury vehicles, however I have never had one that people admired so often. I have been stop several times and asked how I liked the car. Quite a few people didn't know what kind of vehicle it was. They had to ask me what is that?

Great driving experience, value

I went to test drive the new GV70 and didn't plan on turning in my infiniti QX60 but the GV70 ride was amazing with great technology and safety features. Have a short commute but need to drive 400 miles every month to visit aging parents-felt the safety features and comfort for the drive was a huge selling point. Also, made it easy for me to end my lease with the Infinity....

Great car but needs improvements!

I selected genesis over a German car mainly because of price, styling, & competitive features. I love the style and how it drives, but there are a few areas where I am disappointed. 1-Poor customer service: Improving Customer service is the key to beat the German competition. I am having hard time even getting in touch with someone at the service dept at the dealership. 2-Quality issues: I have found a couple of interior & exterior quality issues which should not exist in a new luxury car. 3-fuel consumption is poor. What is advertized is simply wrong. I drive in Eco mode and have never come close to what is marketed (for both city and highway).

Genesis

I have thoroughly enjoyed the GV70 AWD 3.5T, Great handling, acceleration, love the AWD. Almost to many bells and whistles. Still finding things on the car that I was not aware of. Numerous people approach in parking lots wanting to look at it as they have not seen the interior. Alot of fun showing it off.

GV70 Owner

The GV70 is very beautiful car to own and drive. It is comfortable, sporty and elegant, and owning and driving it is a pleasure. It has many safety features that puts you at ease when operating. More local dealers are needed, gas mileage needs to be improved.

Very good looking vehicle with high quality materials. Car could be more nimble

With fine a fine interior, smooth ride and plenty of power, car is a pleasure to drive. Tech is abundant and useful with only a few omissions e.g. auto lane change, head-up display for navigation. There is a tiny delay is acceleration that makes the car feel sluggish when you suddenly need to start moving quick. The mobile app is great, you can locate the car, lock and unlock the doors, and even activate the cameras remotely and check the car surroundings. However my app stopped working for no reason at all and I have not had time to troubleshoot. Scheduling the car for maintenance is a nightmare, many options are offered but none of them work. This is an area that requires serious improvement.

My Genesis GV70

So far so good but it would have been better if it was hybrid. Seems everything is going electric but downside is, there’s not that many stations for that purpose as we live in a rural area. That’s why I wanted a hybrid at least I can drive it in cities and long remote roads.

My first Genesis experience

I was looking to upgrade our SUV from Chevy Equinox to Lexus. I had been very satisfied with the Equinox (I had owned 4 of them - the Premier models) but wanted to step up. I considered Audi, Lexus, BMW, etc. but thought I would check out Genesis. I was somewhat put off by the lack of dealers in my area but after doing extensive research I decided to see/drive a GV-70 even though it was a 45 minute ride away. I was very pleased with the test drive and following deal/trade/price and bought the GV-70 I test drove. My other two cars are Lexus (RC 350 & LC-500). I am hoping to continue to be happy with my GV-70 and the Genesis experience. Time will tell.

Love it

I had heard from reviews many good things about the Genesis Once I arrived at the dealer it was nothing but a wonderful experience, which I might add started with the kind email exchanges with the salesman prior to my visit. Loved my salesman , he even responded to my text questions after hours!! The sale was effortless! I love the vehicle for all the listed reasons!’ The service lead was kind and extremely helpful! Working 8-5 out of the Omaha area, the valet offer is absolutely a lifesaver as well I always recommend Genesis even if I don’t want just everyone to drive one same as me??

Happy with GV70

The GV70 is stylish and very nice to drive. All the controls are intuitive and accessible. I get good fuel economy considering the vehicle is not a hybrid. Acceleration is excellent, and I love the accommodative cruise control and the safety features, especially the blind spot video display which is projected on the tachometer with the turn signal on. On cruise control, the vehicle stays in the lane so that I don't have to steer, just hold the wheel. It's not a self-driving car, but on a big highway, it's pretty close.

My second Genesis

Love my vehicle but really do not like the dealership or the service you get. I was happy with my first Genesis and the people at the dealership in McKinney both sales and service. I was forced to buy my vehicle at the Plano dealership because Huffines has made this the sole Genesis dealership in the area. If I didn't like the car so much I would by a didn't vehicle due to my treatment there both on the sales and service side. They keep blaming the reason for their poor service o being overwhelmed by handling both Hyundai and sole Genesis dealership. Genesis advertises a premium experience but doesn't deliver. Service area is shabby, Rude people and free valet is a joke. Again excuse that they are understaffed.

My Gv70

This car is awesome. I was totally blown away when I took it out for a test drive. It was responsive and easy to drive, and the ability to take a tight turn was great. The only downside to my purchase experience was the color scheme that I wanted was not available. The dealership was a great place to buy a car.

Best in Class

I bought a GV70 with minimal options, yet I have everything that is important to me in the base model. I am very impressed and so are complete strangers who walk up to me at gas stations to compliment the styling of the GV70. I looked at Mercedes models but was turned off by pricing of every little thing. My GV70 even included regular service for 1st three years.

Favorite car!

The Genesis GV70 is the best car I have had and would definitely consider buying another one in the future. It's elegant, quick, and there's nothing I don't like about it. The Corona dealership was fantastic to work with and would certainly give them my business again. Thanks for a wonderful experience and beautiful car!

Great sport vehicle

Very comfortable to ride in and fun to drive. Great quality, stylish looks and sound system too. Great value for price. Service is great after the sale, no complaints about the service department. No hassle pricing or high pressure sales pitch. I would definitely by from them again.

Rick's GV70

Great build. Many compliments on this automobile. Fun to drive. Great styling. 300 hp is perfect for the size of the vehicle. 21 inch wheels look great. Only knock is that the service package included doesn't follow the recommended intervals in the manual. Concierge service is a very nice perk.

Fantastic Car but Warranty Service Now Distant

My GV70 is a fantastic vehicle. Beautiful and tasteful inside and out; great features, smooth and very quiet ride - I love it. What I don’t love is that 8 months after I purchased it, my Hyundai/Genesis dealership (20 minutes from my home) surrendered their Genesis franchise due to Genesis rules requiring free standing dealerships. Closest warranty service is now 2+ hours away which is unacceptable. Genesis should allow dealerships to provide warranty service for Genesis vehicles they sold even if they subsequently surrender the franchise.
