I Will Purchase All My Future Hyundai’s Here
With the inception of the microchip shortage and supply chain issues, in 2021 and continuing into 2022, new vehicle pricing is through the roof. However, trade in values are the highest I’ve ever seen — in which I took full advantage.

I dealt with the sales manager Luis Ortega who was professional and decisive. This dealership was NOT charging over MSRP for 2022 Palisade Calligraphy’s. I found it re-assuring and admirable that they were NOT taking advantage of the current car market’s hemorrhaging. I received a very fair price on my trade-in and was kept up to speed on when I could take delivery of my 2022 Palisade Calligraphy.

I also had the pleasure of meeting the GM of the dealership, (Brian) who was a very accomodating, professional gentleman who truly cares about his customers, especially during these tough market times.

I strongly recommend this dealership for all your new Hyundai purchases — especially with Luis Ortega or Brian —. You cannot go wrong!!

Bob Stalilings Hyundai has mastered customer service. From the lot, to purchase, to delivery, back to the service department service is impeccable. There’s no hustle bustle on the floor it’s calm and relaxing. Even during the few times I’ve had to address an issue, staff have been kind and accommodating. They always follow up and go the extra mile. This is definitely the place for your vehicle purchases whether new or preowned.

I had my new Kona for only eight months and for some reason the horn suddenly went out.
My Kona's horn would not make a sound, starting in December 2021 and the service department had to order another one at no cost, but every time I'd call, it was on back order. The people on the phone were very nice and assured me that they'd call just as soon as it was in. I'm glad it wasn't an emergency, but at times when other motorists are not paying attention in backing up, it was a little nerve wrecking. Now I have a working horn which I hadn't had reason to use, but that's alright. I'm almost sure there will be a time later.

What is the point of appointments?
We understand about supply chain issues and employment shortages; however, there is no excuse for the lack of communication or when a customer cannot even reach a real person to get the status of their vehicle. We were excited/hopeful when we learned about the texting capabilities to keep track of the status of our vehicle, but it was not utilized effectively.

Also, after having to make an appointment a month in advance (no exaggeration here) to just have the vehicle checked and then waiting 5 days to be informed that it still hadn’t been diagnosed. What is the point of having a set drop off time when it still has to wait to be taken care of?

Always accommodating
I have been returning to Bob Stallings for maintenance issues with my car. Every time I call in, I'm always given many choices of time, or for express service to accommodate my car. Chris Rape has been my service rep most of the time and she has never turned me away, or has offered another option in service of my car. Every time I have been in.in... she has explained issues thoroughly and with clear understanding of what needs to happen next. A total professional and Bob Stallings is very lucky to have her in the service department.
