Sturdy ride with lots of room!

Perfect truck for our family of five! Our two teenage boys, younger daughter, and pug have all the room they need. It all has plenty of power to tow our 28 foot travel trailer. The only negatives are the fuel and the ride can be rough at times.

We bought our 2005 diesel excursion in 2014 after we knew we were going to purchase a bigger & heavier travel trailer. Especially to have piece of mind towing. Our 1st diesel and never been happier with it.

Love the truck! Mine is a 2005 Ford Excursion Limited with 4WD and V-10

When I bought this, it was the only vehicle I looked at that didn't have a recall and the other brands has lists of recalls. I bought it when it was 3 years old but was like new. Its handled road conditions and other people's stupid and kept upright and me alive and secure. For that I'll buy its gas. Handles my horse and travel trailers and hauls my dog show stuff. Biggest disappointment is Ford dialed it in on the V-10 and this SUV and then stopped production. Want to make me happy? Bring it back.

Best in it's class

Ford should still make the excursion today, I love mine, it's dependable, comfortable, and with the Diesel engine long-lasting. Great vehicle for long trips with the entire family.

2005 Ford Excursion

Best vehicle I have ever had. It is a work horse that won't quit. I can haul 8 people, luggage and fishing rods inside the vehicle.
