First Trailblazer
I bought an LTZ in 2001 when they first came out. I still have it after 14 years and it still looks good. Mechanically, mine fared better than others. When they first came out, engines lacked cylinder sleeves to prevent wear, which resulted in GMC offering to replace the motor before 10 years or 100,000 miles. My engine went out at 10 years and 105,000 miles. I spent $10 for a rebuilt motor rather than discard the vehicle. After 50,000 more miles, this week I'm having the transfer case replaced, front axels, etc. for a big chunk of change. I could've bought a new subcompact for what I've spent but other than wear and tear, all the extraneous things still work (electronics and mechanical). It sits outside all the time and after a detail, still looks sharp.
