A car for driving
It sounds weird to say, but this is a car designed for driving. It's not designed for browsing the web while sipping on Starbucks or doing your makeup while your car keeps you from colliding with stuff. It has 3 pedals, you can feel the tires when you turn, and it feels like you're inside of a MACHINE, albeit a luxurious one. You look forward to driving when you have this car - you're not just zoned out until you get to your destination. It's also a car for people who like to take care of nice things. If you balk at paying considerable $ for maintenance - even preventative - this isn't for you. It's also not a car for showing off how much $ you have or how fast you can get to the next red light. This is a car for twisty country roads when it's just you, the throttle, the gearbox and the next curve. It also hauls on the freeway. Mine has some mods, like ECU tune, intake, exhaust, upgraded intercooler, and I can pretty casually hit 100+ mph wherever I want to. But because it's just a 2.0L engine, it still can get great fuel economy, especially if equipped with a manual transmission. Mine has 160k miles and is running strong, hoping I can get it to 250k or maybe even well beyond, we'll see.
