Having a problem with a certified pre-owned car that you purchased just a week earlier can be very di
scouraging and unsettling. The Service Department was very friendly and understanding. They took the time to make sure they thoroughly diagnosed the problem of a broken ring. They also kept us in formed as to the progress as to the repairs. We feel that Lee Johnson Chevrolet did an outstanding job of not only providing great customer service, but also doing an excellent job of doing the repairs to our vehicle.
We are very satisfied in the certified pre-owned Chevy Cruze we purchased from Lee Johnson Mazda, but are more confident of the vehicle we purchased after the repairs were done

When we got home, we struggled trying to get the hood up! (New vehicle for us.) Kevin was so great....he came over to our house with Rebecca, and took care of getting the battery charged up. rmed it would be awhile before my vehicle could be checked. No problem. The waiting room is nice and I had a book with me
When my Equinox was checked I was informed with a detailed report of the work needed. I appreciated the explanation. When the work was completed I was informed of things to be monitored and when to check back.
I was thoroughly pleased and confident in the work done. My gratitude to all the staff. Enjoyed meeting the dogs too.
