Johnathan was very informative & wanted only to please his customer. He stated the company’s motto wa
s to make customers smile since they’re having a bad day with needing a tow. He told me about calling my insurance company to see if they would reimburse me & that many don’t know it happens. I called & I am getting reimbursed!!! Also he assured me that the issue was a dead battery & most likely nothing else. Johnathan is a happy man that wants to make his customers feel happy too. The only thing I didn’t like was being told there may be another $75.00 charge if the recharge cables couldn’t reach to my car battery. I thought that was outrageous. Since I knew there are “portable battery chargers” I thought the extra charge was awful. But Johnathan assured me he could fix it without that extra cost & he did!!!!! I’m so happy with him. I drove to O’Rellys & got a new battery. My dead battery was over 5 yrs. old on a battery that had a warranty for only 3 yrs. I feel secure with my car now since everything Johnathan told me happened. So I’m keeping my car & glad I don’t have car monthly payments.

* Started with a 7 year old dead battery being revived late fall/ early winter by the
ir tow service crew and replaced at their shop the same day
* The office mgr found me a great rebate on four new tires for up coming winter/all season driving
* VERY reasonable priced oil change.
I appreciated their Customer Service so much, that I have referred other family members and I have returned to them for replacing hard to reach HIB headlights this winter.
* They offer very comfortable seating/recliners in the waiting room.
* Charging cables, for electronics, are also available while you wait
* Our family has taken advantage of courtesy drop off/pick up service as well
Family friendly.!! Festive seasonal decorations, greet you as you come in the door.

Jerry's did the job on a Saturday for me, which was extremely important so I had my car back for work
I had to do on Sunday. The price was lower than I expected & the job was done well & quickly. Jerry's contacted me immediately after the car was ready & delivered it to my office.

I brought my car to CJ's Tire and Auto shop to get the oil and filter changed. I had to wait anywher
e between 30-45 minutes before they were able to service my vehicle. But they got to it and it took them no longer than 20 minutes in order to get the oil and filter changed in the process.
