Don’s took my car in after visiting Toyota and other larger companies. They took the time to look at
the vehicle without an appointment and was totally professional the entire time. They went the extra mile but letting me know that they would take care of the minor issues for no additional charge. They fix the problem in one hour when the more name brand companies put me on a week long wait list. Today customer service is missing in many companies but not Don’s they quoted a price but fixed in quickly for less than the quoted amount. They were extremely nice and professional and acted as if they wanted me to return and that I will from now on. Incredible service!

This was my first time using federal auto service and my experience was a 10/10. I have an older car
