Disappointing All Around
Took my truck in for repairs on shocks specifically, given an estimate of around $3200 (estimate from GMC Sunrise was closer to $4800). Owner said he would do a diagnostic check for no charge and call me with results. 4 tires, alignment, shocks, arms, ball joints, brakes, etc. later, estimate was closer to $8600+. When I declined so I could take back to dealership, owner went back on his word and DID charge for 2 different diagnostic tests ($360), a tire change ($99), and an electrical update ($287). Paid $787 for essentially nothing to be fixed. So disappointing. Heard from others this is their MO. Be careful and triple check everything.

Honest & Trustworthy
Dealership told me there were no problems with my A/C filled it with freon and sent me on my way. They did this to me twice. The third time I took it Birches and got the truth. Honest & Trustworthy.

Poor service. Overly priced
Did not repair the exhaust leak but charged me for it. Told me it was an additional leak, when in fact it was the same leak. Even if it was an additional leak, they gave it back to me like that and didn't inform me unit I picked it up. Because they jacked it up and didn't want to redo it. Had to pay additional money to get it fixed properly somewhere else. I also had a severe leak on the driver's side that they did not tell me about. They charged 2,000 dollars for a repair that should have been under 1,000. My extended warranty only paid some of it.

my 2015 Ford F-150 wouldn’t tun over, got it towed to ford and they told me that it would be a month before they could even take a look at it. so I called around and Birch’s Automotive said they can look at it within a day, and they did exactly that. My truck was towed there by 3pm tues and It was ready Thursday at 12:30pm. There was nothing less than good vibes there, I strongly recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!!

Oil change and steering repair
