rrent vehicle is a 2006 Toyota Prius. After receiving a quote from the local Toyota dealer for over $1K to replace a $200 part, I took the car to Genuine Auto for a quote. Gary, his wife, and his team not only replaced the part and the necessary fluid, but saved me hundreds of dollars in comparison to the dealership quote. In addition to the inspection Herkys team found an issue causing noise related to the front passenger
noise. His team said this is not a dangerous situation but should be fixed in next couu to one months & provided an estimate for repairs. Very satisfied with resolution of issue & plan to return.
Also recommended a recall due to quick burning of oil that results in engine burn up & failure. Asked me to see dealer for OIL CONSUMPTION STUDY. This could earn me a free replacement of the engine (2020 Kona)
