I also really liked the use of technology to provide an estimate of the work, including pictures of the failed part(s) - all managed via my smart phone. Easy to see & understand the issue, see and approve the estimated costs, and finally pay online. So happy I found a reliable team of mechanics to keep my cars on the road. I ran over a screw that punctured a tire’s inner tube and my car sounded a low tire pressure warning.
Hovson was the most convenient place to me, but I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they worked. They fixed the tire and had me on my way in under 20 minutes. On top of that, the price was reasonable.

A few months ago, my check engine light came on. I took it to Genuine Auto Repair for a diagnostic. A
fter they completed the diagnosis, they informed me that they did not have the specialized equipment necessary to complete the repair. When I asked them how much it would cost for the diagnosis, they insisted it would be no charge. A few months later, I took my car back in for a complete inspection to confirm if there is anything in need of repair or updating since my car has 160,000 miles on it and I intend on gifting the car to my son-to-be 16-year-old son. After an exhaustive inspection, there had the integrity to tell me that the vehicle was in very good shape and needed almost no repairs whatsoever. They simply charged me the $55 for that inspection and nothing more. They have earned a lifetime client in me and my family because I know that they will be honest with me when they had numerous opportunities to potentially take advantage of my lack of general knowledge about cars.
