I'm located in New York and my daughter attends nursing school in Providence. I spoke to Keith after
my daughter's car unexpectedly broke down earlier today on her way to clinical. He gave me an exact breakdown of what the car needed with estimated pricing and was very professional. They got her car back on the road within a few hours so the car was ready to be picked up by the time her day ended. I'm a very satisfied customer and would recommend this repair shop to anyone.

I only go here and will not go elsewhere. They’re very honest and hardworking. They are upfront with

I took my 2016 Chevy Colorado with 130,000 miles on it to Larry as recommended by a friend. From the
first call I knew this place was different than the the rest. The young lady who answered the phone was pleasant, polite and knowledgable. I had a significant oil leak and was concerned that I was in for a expensive engine repair. As it turned out, Larry replaced an oil cooler line and fixed my problem quickly at a reasonable price. I will not hesitate to go back. Good, honest service is hard to find but I found it. Thank you P&L!

They were fast, efficient, kept me updated, and truly made me feel taken care of. Everyone was kind, helpful, and accommodating—and even called me by name, which made the experience feel personal.
