I waited for my car at RG while they were installing my tires. I noticed that Maggie is totally on to
p of everything. It is nice to be close to the action in the bays; at a dealer you are so far removed from the mechanic that you really don’t know what is going on. I feel confident that RG is doing the work that I am paying for.
Also, I had called Maggie about my tires late on a Friday. She talked to me for a long time while I got her the info from my tires and texted pics. Everything was set to go when I arrived on Tuesday. It was a great experience.

Not good. I was about 40 minutes outside of Sioux Falls when it happened. I used AAA to get a tow a
nd picked what seemed to be a very highly-rated auto repair business.
The high ratings are well-deserved. They were not only courteous, professional and knowledgeable, but when I explained that I was traveling and not local, they took my truck in immediately and started work on it. No “we’re all booked up” or “we can make an appointment for next week.” It simply unspoken that I needed to get where I was going.
As it was, they had to order a part which would not arrive until Thursday (not their fault). They gave me a nice loaner and I got a hotel room. I assumed that since the part was coming on Thursday, I’d be in the road on Friday. Not so.
The part arrived at 11:00 am on Thursday and the crew was waiting for it. I was on my way to Montana less than two hours later!
