I bought my Hyundai here and have received the worst service for any product that I have purchased anywhere.
Here's the background: My one year old Hyundai Tucson Hybrid with 12,000 miles (under warranty) didn't work this morning. It had a warning light "check hybrid system" and wouldn't go over 15 mph. I called Zimbrick and said the car was under warranty and I told them the problem and I also had 24 hour roadside assistance with the car. They said I could schedule an appointment which wouldn't be available under March. For roadside assistance I'd have to call Hyundai but they still couldn't get me in until March. So I am without use of the car until March even though it's under warranty. They said they had a lot of people with problems with their Hyundais and couldn't get me in any sooner.
