Thorough communication, easy buying experience
Big thanks to Kevin Havey and the team! Being a single woman can be intimidating when car shopping. I was pretty anxious after a horrible experience at a different local dealership (not Zimbrick). Kevin was really easy going, very knowledgeable and communicated each step of the process. The team made me feel more comfortable than any dealership I've gone to before. Thanks Kevin!

We stopped in to check out new tuscon and were very happy with the salesman he wasn't pressuring but very helpful.. the salesman answered all questions and was very efficient. Would recommend to anyone.

Check engine light on.
My wife has a 2019 Kona with 32,600 miles and a year of bumper to bumper warranty left. I stopped in to ask when they can run a diagnostic test. The service writer said the soonest would be iover a month. They have 180 cars ahead of us. We could leave it there until they can get to. They made absolutely no effort to help us. I sold European cars for 13 years and we found a way. Why are they still selling cars since they can't take care of the current ones. Are there so many bad engines being replaced? They push so much unnecessary service that their shop is swamped. Time to buy something else. We have had too much of this from this dealership. Now I have to pay to fix a warranty item. This place socks. Unbelievable

2nd vehicle purchase
Kevin is literally the best car guru I’ve ever met. He is knowledgeable and honest. This is our 2nd vehicle purchase from him (1st was in December,) and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Thanks again Kevin!!!

Terrible service
I bought my Hyundai here and have received the worst service for any product that I have purchased anywhere.
Here's the background: My one year old Hyundai Tucson Hybrid with 12,000 miles (under warranty) didn't work this morning. It had a warning light "check hybrid system" and wouldn't go over 15 mph. I called Zimbrick and said the car was under warranty and I told them the problem and I also had 24 hour roadside assistance with the car. They said I could schedule an appointment which wouldn't be available under March. For roadside assistance I'd have to call Hyundai but they still couldn't get me in until March. So I am without use of the car until March even though it's under warranty. They said they had a lot of people with problems with their Hyundais and couldn't get me in any sooner.

Rip Offs!!!
Horrible experience! They are over priced ie., diagnostic $175!!!, Outragious! They suggest a bunch of other things that I did not ask about, leading to a hefty price of over $3,300! I only went there to have sensors checked?? I will have to break my rule of thumb by taking my vehicles to dealerships only. I will now take my vehicle to the mom & pop auto repair shops....at least they are honest. I have heard many horror stories in the past about how they were ripping people off, but I had a Toyota. I guess I will go back to purchasing Toyota's again, cause Zimbrick has lost me as a Hyundai owner because of their deceptive practices!

Attempted Rip Off!!!
This will be my final visit to my vehicle dealership!
I wanted to get a second opinon on my vehicle tire sensors and did get a hefty price, amost double than a non dealership! Plus, was charged over $170 dollars just for that, no repairs, just a diagnostic!
What really burns me up is that I was given a copy of the cost of the sensor replacement, but in addition to that there were a whole host of other things they claim that either are in need of immediate repair or replacement ie., such as, air filters(engine and cabin)highligted in Red, meaning immediate attention needed. They had the audacity to show a picture of an dirty air filter!! This is definitely "padding" a bill! I know for a fact that the filters do not need replacement for at least 15,000 miles, why, because I just changed them 2 weeks ago and I do not drive my vehicle even 50 miles perr month. So ladies if you're looking for "honesty" when seeking service for your Hyundai.....DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO HYUNDAI WEST FOR ANYTHING!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!
