A few weeks ago I had work done on my 2009 Sonata. After I got home I noticed they had put aftermarket windshield wipers on the car. When I took my Santa Fe in for an oil change last week I asked why Hyundai wipers were not put on. I was told they sometimes use aftermarket parts on older cars to keep the price down for the customer. I was not told this when I had the car in and the price I was charged was for Hyundai wipers. I was given a pair of Hyundai wipers to put on
1. If I wanted to put the parts on myself I would buy the parts at Walmart for half the price.
2. If they used aftermarket wipers how do I know if the door switch they replaced isn't also an aftermarket part.
I have no trust in Zimbrick anymore and will not be do business with them again.
