I called Zach‘s as sort of a Hail Mary after seeing it recommended in multiple places.
First positive - the guy that answered the phone said “thanks for calling Zach‘s. This is Zach.” Gotta love a present and active owner
Second positive – complete luck he said he could get me in ASAP so I hightailed it over.
Third positive - they got me in and got the work done in record time
Fourth positive - the pricing was very fair and under what I had been quoted elsewhere
Fifth positive - he made some suggestions on what needed to be done on the car. There is no pressure, he explained it clearly and in language that I could understand, I asked a few questions and Zach explained to me what he thought should be done and on a time schedule in terms of importance
Sixth positive - I have a new mechanic who I like and trust!
Can not recommend Zach and his team enough!!!
