Hector is great to work with. He always gets my work truck back on the road quickly when it has issues. I would recommend to anyone that has a diesel truck!
Hector was easy to work with and fixed my work f550 diesel quickly. He provided pictures of all the issues with the truck which is very nice to build trust. I will be using him in the future for my truck maintenance and repair needs!
I have never had a bad experience at Express Mechanic. Hector the mechanic did the best work at reasonable prices. Hector lets me know up front of any issues before he works on my car. I have been coming here for a very long time, and I don't think of a better place to take my car for general repairs.
I brought in my 7.3 Ford 550 - I knew the glow plugs were an issue, and I ask them to check to see if I needed new rings, had piston blow by, oil in my radiator. The said the rings were fine! Changed some injector seals (they said that was the problem) and did my glow plugs. Charged me $2500 - Never cleaned to oil out of the radiator, should have flushed and cleaned the system AND I still need my rings done (should have done that while they had the engine 3/4 apart, and the injector cups). GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
For over than 35 years I couldn't find the right mechanic for my cars until I found Express Mechanic in Gaithersburg. I recommend the mechanic to anyone.
