I called on a Friday evening to schedule a brake job. I was told to bring my car in Monday morning. I asked what time? He said we open at 7:00. I replied. See you at 6:58. I arrived at 6:55 there was one customer before me. I filled out the form for service and handed them my keys. When Maria came in, she question the price I wax quoted? Everything went down hill from there! No service.. she called me after 3:00 to say I ess next in line probably at about 5:00 when i got there after 5:00 my cat hadn't been moved off the street! I spoke to Sal and informed him i lost a day's pay. They could've just said they couldn't get me in. However, Maria never mentioned being over booked... Her issue was the price!
