Shifting into Gear's!
Hello,I recently visited several Transmission Service Shops and the way they do business with there prices were way outside my league! So upon me checking i seen there shop!and i thought it was going too be one of the same!but I was wrong,their Transmission Service is reliable and the price was better than the ones that I've been quoted!I'll be returning for my check up and not too those other shops!Thank's!

Spoke with Lavonn. He said Armando is a mechanic or maybe a manager, great guy. He has been dealing with Armando many times, he is a great guy, great customer service and a great understanding of his job. He went in a week ago and talked to the young man at the front desk. He brought in his vehicle, and he had an oil leak under the vehicle. The young man and Armando looked at the vehicle and gave him the options of what it could be and gave him an estimate in 20 minutes. He asked him since they were under the vehicle he wanted him to change the oil switch. 395 for labor and 45 for the oil switch and 15 for the gasket, roughly 500. The young man asked him about what brand of oil he wanted. 3 days pass by and the young man called and said he was calling to let him know the oil switch he was talking about was the wrong part and he now owes them 895. He told him not to worry about it then and the young man said the parts were the same and he knows better. He told him not to put the part in the vehicle and the young man said they already put the part in the vehicle. Lavon asked did they call him and let him know there was a change in the repair. He hung up on the young man and he called him back and said he would eat the 300. he came by later and asked for Armando and they talked, and Armando said he didn't know what the young man was doing and the price they settled on in the beginning is only what he has to pay. Armando said he would honor that. He is tired of bouncing back and forth between mechanics and wants to stay with Armando. He thinks the young man receptionist is deceiving. All the woman have good customer service but the young man insulted his intelligence. Armando is smooth and gives his attention. Kudos to Armando. When he left, the service engine light was on and he called Armando and he said to bring it back, he was busy, but Armando said to bring it when he had time. He honored everything, he is very honest and exceptional, a man's man. he cares about his clients.
