Another Great Job
I completely trust Woodhouse with my car repairs. The service center has always taken great care of me and my car. They are dependable and honest with the repairs. The service center is the reason why I purchased my new car from Woodhouse.

Josh in the service department saved me time.
We bought a Hyundi Tucson in Council Bluffs. They had My car three times to try figure out where a noise was coming from. They kept giving me BS on what the noise was coming from. I somehow had an appointment at the Council Bluffs Hyundi Dealership and at Woodhouse Hyundai of Omaha on different days. Well I showed up at Woodhouse Hyundai of Omaha on the day they showed I should of been at the Council Bluffs Hyundi Dealership. After explained all the trouble I was having at the other dealership he said he would fit me in so I wouldn't have to come back next week and canceled the appointment I didn't want. Josh got someone to ride with me so I could point out the noise I was hearing. They were able to find what was causing the noise and fixed it. They were also willing to do my oil change.

Letting me leave my car there instead of coming back the following week, giving me updates, giving me a ride to work and picking me up to get my car and the most important thing is them not making me feel like I was a nuisance, and I didn't know what I was talking about is great customer service.
You don't get service like that very often anymore. I will be bringing my Tucson to Woodhouse Hyundi of Omaha for all me car needs. And I can't Bill my driver, he'll be your friend by the time he drops you off!!

My Subaru was leaking oil
I brought my 2013 Subaru in for a leaking oil issue. The service dept quickly found the issues- a cracked rear differential housing- and made the repair quickly and correctly.

SOLD ME A LEMON
I PURCHASED A TUSCON FROM WOODHOUSE ON 142ND STREET AND HAVE ONLY HAD IT FOR LESS THEN 5 MONTHS AND MY ENGINE IS BLOWN. I DID PURCHASE EXTENDED WARRENTY BUT THAT IS A JOKE TOO. I'VE HAD TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR MY RENTAL BECAUSE THEY SAY THEY DON'T HAVE ANY LOANERS AT THE CAR LOT. I WAS SPEAKING WITH THE WARRENTY COMPANY FOR OVER 2 HOURS AND THEY SAID THAT WOODHOUSE HAS NOT SUBMITTED ANY OF MY INFORMATION TO THEY TO EVEN GET ANYTHING STARTED. I WENT TO THE CAR LOT TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND GUESS WHAT "THEY ARE ALL ON VACATION". I'VE CALLED THE 800 TO FILE AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT.

Sold me a lemon ?
I bought a 2023 lemon. Hyundai elentra hybrid. The vehicle has slammed the brakes going forward with nothing in the way, it has done the same when reversing, and nothing was there. The left side sensors miss a ton of alerts when changing lanes to the left, i was able to back into a rock at about trunk height without the sensors going off at all.

This thing is a death trap.

After 3 days of not responding i am scheduling services at a diffrent autodealer, woodhouse is a scam.

When i purchased the vehicle i was told it Would be shipped within a week, Three Weeks later I was told it was stuck in Kansas with a dead battery, 2 weeks later I was told it didn't have a transporter in Kansas. 2 weeks later I was told that the vehicle was actually recalled for fluids. 3 weeks later I was told it was never in Kansas and it was on a train. 2 weeks later I called them with a family member on the phone and when they heard there were other people on the phone they said it just showed up.

These people are playing games, And selling unsafe vehicles

Horrible customer service and technician errors
Very bad service!!!!!!
I have had my Santa Fe serviced at the 144th and Giles location for 4 years now. This week my car died while on Q street. My husband pulled into a Jensen tire and auto at 144 Q. They were amazing they checked the vehicle right away and found that I had zero oil in my car.
We took it to Woodhouse Hyundai on S. 144th St. last night at 5:20 PM September 1. They took down our name number and keys and said someone would give us a call today. Today as of 1 PM September 2 no one had called my husband to even ask what was wrong with the car. They hadn’t even moved my car. We found our paperwork and realized that back in March my car was at the Hyundai dealership for a service and a check engine light. They serviced it all right to over $1000 not even thinking to look at the computer to realize that it had been a while since my last oil change. They seem to run out and want you to buy filters and other things while they’re checking your car you would think they would’ve come out and said while the car is here let’s do an oil change but no. With a check engine light on one would think the technician would check the oil. He didn’t, then you’d think he’d see on the computer that while at the dealership getting serviced a oil change would be a good idea, no again!!!!
They did over 1,000 dollars worth of diagnostic tests. But no oil change. It was there to be serviced we always trusted them to complete with our cars. Not anymore not ever again. I wouldn’t have anybody go to Woodhouse Hyundai buying any type of vehicle. Their customer service is terrible their technicians lax, and they are all untrustworthy.
I got quite the excuses while I was trying to figure out what we were going to do about my car. nothing, just we are busy it will be 3 weeks, when I asked what am I supposed to do, I got, well we don’t have a loaner car.
They ruined my car! Lack of good customer service should result in lack of customers.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to Woodhouse hyndai!!!
They are aweful!!!

Great experience
I arrived early and was told they would get me out asap. I was offered snacks and beverages. My vehicle was ready within the hour! WOW!!! Best customer service!

Brandon and the service team were great
Brandon and the service team were great to work with. They texted me updates and got me into a loaner so easily. I had several recalls as well and they got me in quick and fixed the issue. The process was super easy.

Quick and Caring
Brandon took excellent care of us, he worked hard to get us a ride when it didn't seem possible. After a day and half I had my car back and it drive like new!

Deceptive Practices
I’m extremely disappointed in Woodhouse Hyundai. After the first oil change at 7500 miles of my teenage daughters car, they set the notification reminder to half of Hyundai’s recommended service interval of 7500 miles. When the dash notification that service was due came on, we set up a follow up service with Woodhouse Hyundai only to find out after the service was performed that it was not covered under the included service as part of the vehicle purchase. When I questioned paying for the service, I was told only “every other one” was included, which is false according to the owners manual. The only reason it was not covered was because Woodhouse intentionally set the interval to half of the recommended interval. I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from Woodhouse and have been a repeat customer due to I thought they were above deceptive practices you hear about with car dealers. I guess I was wrong.

Hello, we apologize for the inconvience this has caused.  The pre-paid maint from Hyundai is based on every other oil change. I'm guessing the selling dealership didn't properly inform you of the terms on the contract.  We will follow up today with a phone call to better explain the intervals.  Thanks for using Woodhouse Hyundai!!
