Took car in for recall
Took car in for recall work, when I got it back car went into safe mode, I had to get car towed into dealership. Was told it was working picked car up drove it 88 miles and went into safe mode again. Had to have car towed in again to get fixed. Car is waiting on part to get to dealership to be repaired. They have provided me with a vehicle to use while mine is waiting for repair.

Took car in for recall
Took car in for recall work, when I got it back car went into safe mode, I had to get car towed into dealership. Was told it was working picked car up drove it 88 miles and went into safe mode again. Car still goes into safe mode
After taking into get recall concerns fixed, my car was driven less them 100 miles and went into safe mode stranding me on highway. Took in to get fixed, was told it was fixed, son picked vehicle up since I live an hour away. He brought it to me while taking him back it went into safe mode again stranding us once again having to call tow truck and wasting my day off. Dropped it off and am without a vehicle since it was weekend. Very frustrating. Don’t trust that it will get fixed properly and afraid to get stranded again

Noise in Sterring
I have reported noise in the steering many times. They said waiting for the "worm" to come in, then finally put it in and now noise in front wheels, when I'm parking both right and left. I told them about the issue, still not fixed and when I say it is when I'm parking, they drive the car around and say they hear nothing and everything looks tight. But I told them when I'm parking it. So check out and still not fixed. I am getting the run-around I feel because I'm saying something, but then it somehow through words gets turned around. Frustrated....

Missed Opportunity
I recently had my oil changed at this dealership. It is 2015 Sonata with about 75K miles and has been burning about a quart of oil every 1000 miles. I asked that they check the oil while they fixed a recall issue. When they gave me the car, I was told it was about a quart low. My issue with the dealer, and the missed customer experience opportunity, is that they didn't just top it off and add the quart of oil. My issue with Hyundai is that this is a known problem with this particular engine and they won't fix it.

What happened to free oil changes??
Every dealership has a different recommendation for oil changes. So far I have had 4 oil changes & only 1 was covered!

The price of parts & some services are out of line
i would like to see their service charges for things more reasonable.
Example : Cabin filter price at $70
Purchased one at Auto parts store and installed myself fo $20.00

My service advisor was Zach Uryasz. He made my experience with Woodhouse Hyundai extremely pleasant. My appointment was for a routine oil check and tire rotation. Although the service department was busy at the time of my arrival, all service advisors worked quickly to assist all customers. I was not aware of the complimentary services Hyundai provides owners of 2022 vehicles beforehand; however, Zach took the time to explain the complimentary services and printed out a copy of these services for me to keep and refer back to at later dates. I was very impressed with the team members within the service department and greatly appreciate Zach going above and beyond.

Great place to do business
I have been a customer of Woodhouse for over four years and during that time I've always been happy with the way they conduct business. The sales people are competent and courteous, the service personnel prompt and efficient. They've answered all my questions, kept me informed of any service delays and always treated me with respect.

Not good
Take my car for oil change and check for breaks but create new problem. The service person didn’t tighten the knot bolt all four knot bolt was loose. And I trusted them for good repair but I was driving car with all knot bolt loose tire. Worst service ever. Broke my trust.
