Best Car-Buying Experience EVER!
Wolfchase Hyundai gave me the best car-buying experience EVER! I literally found a car on their website, made a quick phonecall, and had the car delivered to my driveway the same day -- all while sitting on the couch in my pajamas. Everyone I spoke with was so professional and easy to work with. Their new car manager Tony I. had me working with Amy M., and she was absolutely amazing! Amy was professional, confident, and very friendly, and she brought the car to us to help me surprise my daughter! She even came back to help explain all the onscreen controls. WOW! High praise for Amy, Tony, and Wolfchase Hyundai!

Poor service because they rushed
I will never do business with Wolfchase Hyundai & I do not recommend this dealership. From the moment I stepped foot onto the dealership I had a bad impression. The first car salesman that approached me like he did not want to help me. After speaking with the sales manager, He paired me with another salesman. I went through and made a purchase on a car. 2 weeks later they tell me that they made a mistake that I have to return the car due to the title... I understand mistakes happen, but this was VERY inconvenient for me. Business was done so sloppy because they wanted to rush to make a dollar. 0/10

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
We supposedly had a recall done by another Hyundai dealer and the high beam no longer worked. Made an appt to have someone check and was advised the other dealer never addressed the recall they stated on paperwork. Erin was so helpful in being honest of what the other Hyundai dealer didn't address and could've cost us money. But Wolfchase Hyundai did the recall update and high beams now working again. Hard to find honest people and grateful for this AWESOME experience!

Buying a car without stress
Arrived early to test drive a 2023 Hyundai Tucson. It was a miserable day cold and rainy. A salesperson came out and greeted us almost immediately. We were given to Patrick Carodine as our previous help was not there today. Could not have gotten a more personable salesperson! We ended up buying the vehicle with Patrick helping us every step of the way. I have never experienced a “new car buying experience” that was this enjoyable. Special thanks to Devin Voyles and Rico Brown. Everyone was extremely courteous and friendly. Almost want to go back just to hang out with a great bunch of guys. Could not recommend highly enough.

We had 3 recalls on our daughters car . They got them all done in a very short time . They explained everything to us and told us about how long it would take And then They got the job done great service department

Rico Brown made the finance part tolerable.:-)
This is the second time working with Rico and it has been great both times. Rico is kind, efficient, honest, humble, and good humored. I always hate this part of purchasing a new car, but Rico made it not only tolerable, but very pleasant. He had great advice and was always looking for things that would benefit me and my driving and financial experience. I totally trust Rico and advise people to head his way when they have questions about warranties, benefits, what coverage works, etc. He's very good at his job!

Sales experience with Brandon Evans was awesome.
I went there in a bad mood because I'd had some unlucky issues pop up with my Hyundai. Brandon was awesome and walked me through my options, including service and trade in advice. He helped me pick out a beautiful used Acura MDX for a great price! I really appreciated his good humor, flexibility, patience with my irritability, and expertise about the options available. Love me some Wolfchase Hyundai and loved working with Brandon Evans!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE!
NOTHING I was told was found to be true. Had to spend $3000.00 on repairs within 1st 30 days. Was told tag was transferring....lie! They ordered me a new one instead. The sales man "Howard" told me the vehicle had its 70,000 mile service - I proved that was a lie and had to tune-up, service transmission, and change filters ALL MYSELF cuz they told me 30 returns but when I tried to return...they asked me if I had that info in writing? CROOKED THIEVES! BEWARE AND BUY ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

Terrific customer service
This was my first time working with Jay Mann and the team in the Wolfchase Hyundai team, but I have heard a good friend sing his praises for some time. I know see why she is so very loyal to this team for her car needs. I received first-class service that far surpassed what I would have expected from a dealership. Really impressed!
