Oil change and inspection
I had a scheduled oil change and inspection. After one hour, I asked how things were going. My car was not even in the bay yet !!! There were two other people ahead of me who were also very displeased. I understand the lack of technicians available and someone calling in sick, but should have been told that when I arrived so I could reschedule. It was NOT a good experience. I left with an appointment at another shop without any service done.
