Today was a good example:
We went in for an oil change and to have them check our tires because of a slight shimmy we've been having. I had the tires balanced twice somewhere else because they were under warranty there with lifetime balance and alignment, but the car still shimmied.
Everyone who works there is great, but I love working with Woody. He's always on top of things and wants to be sure that they have done everything they can to solve the problem for you without it costing you an arm and leg. If it is going to cost you he tells you up front and gives you options. He said he'd have them look at them and they might need to be force balanced. The mechanic who drove the car couldn't really feel a shimmy. I should tell you my car is a Cadillac so even with a shimmy it still drives smoother than a lot of other vehicles. Woody still had them check the tires and they found several issues during the force balancing that they were able to address which probably surprised them.
As I left Woody asked me to let him know one way or the other how the car drove.
It was such a great experience to drive the car without a shimmy for the first time in two months because Woody took the extra effort to find the problem.
If they allowed me to rate them with 10 stars I would do it.
