Cliente VerificadoPhyllis I am sorry you feel this way but the oil pan drain plug hole had no threads left when we pulled it out. We tried to install it again but it would not tighten. The oil pan is made of aluminum and the threads over a period of time get worn down and give away. I understand your concern but we did not cross thread the plug. We always do our best to service our customers and there vehicles. Sometimes you come across these unfortunate curcumstances and this was one of them.
