I bought both of my cars from the dealership, and while the salespeople are OK, the service is terrible. I dropped my car off the night before as suggested by the service people. A few weeks earlier they had replaced the back brakes after doing an inspection, and afterwards my entire car was shaking. The guy taking my keys was rude to me and completely nice to my husband. When I called the next day to inquire about the status of my vehicle, they had no record of my car being at the dealership. The woman even asked me if I was sure I called the right place. They finally realized the rude guy from the night before never wrote up a ticket. She said my service advisor would call me back. He didn’t. I called twice and finally got through. He told me I need front rotors even though they replaced the back brakes. I asked him why my car was fine before their service and then shook afterwards and he couldn’t answer me. Two words- never again.
