My best car buying experience yet!

Bruce at West Broad was extremely helpful, and patient and worked diligently to get me the vehicle I was interested in. Once we decided on what we wanted he was in constant contact until the vehicle arrived at the dealership, sending pictures and providing information via text and phone conversations. The day of pick went so smoothly, never have I gotten out of a car dealership following a purchase so early and without complications. Would work with Bruce and West Broad Hyundai any time! They were great!

Takes far too long

Avoid service here

I bought both of my cars from the dealership, and while the salespeople are OK, the service is terrible. I dropped my car off the night before as suggested by the service people. A few weeks earlier they had replaced the back brakes after doing an inspection, and afterwards my entire car was shaking. The guy taking my keys was rude to me and completely nice to my husband. When I called the next day to inquire about the status of my vehicle, they had no record of my car being at the dealership. The woman even asked me if I was sure I called the right place. They finally realized the rude guy from the night before never wrote up a ticket. She said my service advisor would call me back. He didn’t. I called twice and finally got through. He told me I need front rotors even though they replaced the back brakes. I asked him why my car was fine before their service and then shook afterwards and he couldn’t answer me. Two words- never again.

Bad service

They don’t answer the phone when trying to schedule service. They don’t call back. You can’t schedule online. They messed up the heat in my vehicle.

I was very satisfied when I brought my car down there for the state inspection and I had some other minor things for them to look at I really appreciate Mark and everything he did for me.

West Broad Hyundai does a very good job of making sure that I am taken care of in my car is taken care of I really appreciate everything they do. I will have to say Chris is a good service manager as well.
