I took my Sprinter Van into Duke Wellman Wellman‘s repair shop they diagnosed my van as a bad turbo two months later $2000 later I picked my van up the van ran 4 mph broke down 1 mile from their shop I had to call for a tow to get the van to my home I called Wellman‘s they would not answer the phone so I called back twice the lady finally answered the phone and I asked for Mr. Duke to call me in the morning to adjust the bill for their missed diagnosis on my van and reimbursed me for my tow bill but yet to my surprise Duke never returned my call so I called him and Dehk was out and he said he would be back shortly so I left my name and number for him to call me back and of course never did more reviews to come I will keep everyone updated on the final diagnosis on my van and what the real problem is just beware make sure you take your vehicle to a qualified mechanic
Wellman needs to have better customer service and admit when they’re wrong duke you need to own up to what your company has done but I will keep you posted on the damage that we find
