Tried to take advantage of elderly mother on servie
Our 80 yr old mother took her Hyundai for recall work. They told her she needed $$$ additional work done but never furnished the estimate for us to review. I have called and sent emails to both Charlie and Mike/Ryan Moorhead to get a copy of what needs done. It’s been over a week and no response. Glad we didn’t leave her car there to be repaired. Definitely no follow through.
