Tried to take advantage of elderly mother on servie
Our 80 yr old mother took her Hyundai for recall work. They told her she needed $$$ additional work done but never furnished the estimate for us to review. I have called and sent emails to both Charlie and Mike/Ryan Moorhead to get a copy of what needs done. It’s been over a week and no response. Glad we didn’t leave her car there to be repaired. Definitely no follow through.

Honest and Efficient
Charlie took care of me and was great. Unfortunately he was taking care of problems that Hyundai of Bedford created with terrible service. Waikem was great however, got me in and out. Honest people trying to do the right thing. That’s all I could ask for.

Once again, Waikem Service Department came through!
My vehicle was due for service and since I was working, my wife had to take it. She is very apprehensive about taking vehicles for service, or taking care of matters like this. To her surprise, the Service Advisor, Jeffery Russ was so kind and polite to her, taking good care of her and being very patient with her. I'm thankful there are people like Jeffery and many others in the Service Department. It makes me feel comfortable with her taking the vehicle when I'm unable to. People like "My Car Guy Lee" and Jeffery, Charlie, and others make the experience much better! Thanks Waikem for having these folks!
