The Staff!!!!!
My initial contact at VW of Duluth was with Axel. He is very professional as well as personable. After explaining what my vehicle was doing, he personally checked the oil in my vehicle and put the needed oil in my vehicle. We made an appointment for my vehicle for the next day. If just adding oil was going to take care of the issue I could cancel the appointment. I called Axel and asked to keep the appointment. He had explained the anticipated expense of the diagnostic test, not wanting me to be surprised with the expense. Regardless, I kept the appointment. I arrived at the appointment and had my golden retriever with me. Axel said that I could keep Myles with me in the waiting area. Axel kept me informed of the progress of the diagnostic test as well as what was being done to my vehicle. Axel and I drive the same type vehicle. He brought his into the vehicle bay and showed me some things on his vehicle. He also allowed me to visit with the service tech, Matt, who was working on my vehicle. Matt explained what he was doing to my vehicle and the reason for the service. Both Matt and Axel are very personable and trustworthy. Upon completion of the work Axel explained again, what was done and what to look for later on if there were other issues. I was also pleasantly surprised by a follow up phone call I received from Axel the following week. Not only would I patronize VW of Duluth again, but I would certainly recommend Axel as a contact person. I have absolutely no negative comments from my experience with VW of Duluth.
