Randy said he was able to get there and drop his vehicle off on a Thursday night with the intention of being able to pick it up the next day. They called him that Friday and gave him a quote, he paid for the quote, and he was able to pick up his vehicle that evening. They got the parts and made it happen in one day. He wanted to thank them hugely for turning the whole process around in one day, they made it happen and he's never had that experience with a vehicle establishment.

Angus said they were originally given an estimate for $125, the final total was $580. They were told it would be ready the day they dropped it off, it was not ready until a day later, it is making a new noise, possibly the rear wheel bearing, the welding on muffler looks different to the original but looks good. They were polite and communicative but he would not recommend the business due to the work done.

Gary said had an appointment and was supposed to get in, but he ended up waiting for 4 hours for the towing company to show up and by that time, they told him they couldn't get him in. He has recommended them before and they've been pretty good in the past, he's been going to them for quite awhile. Their service has been okay.
