Rick was awesome! He advised me to try jumping my car over the phone, and was correct, and then was super helpful once we got the car into the shop. There was a previous estimate in the system for work that had been recommended earlier in the year, and he explained the recommendations to me again, advised me on what was a "need to do now" vs "you can wait it out a little bit" projects. I felt like he was extremely honest and really cared about us. We ended up doing all the work that was recommended, as well as an oil change, inspection, and getting it checked out to see if it was just the battery that needed changing or a bigger issues (starter, etc). The work was done promptly, we were kept up to date on the progress and findings, and it was done in the time that it was promised. We were able to use the coupons that we had received in the mail, and everyone was so nice to us when we went in to pick it up. You guys are the best, Rick took exceptional care of us, and we are loyal customers for life :-)
