Dropped truck off for oil, inspection, rotation. Asked them to check the brakes. No call all day. Picked up after work, and they asked me to sign a receipt that said "Declined Services - Brake Pads and Rotors". I pointed out that when I dropped it off I asked them to check and replace if necessary. They should have called to ask if they saw problems. They should have called for pickup! they don't know how to use a phone apparently. Well I can't afford to be without my truck for another full day this month. Hope the breaks last... BTW, same kind of problems when I had new tires put on our car last week. Guess I am a slow learner.

Spoke with Mr. Hall today, to assure him we want his business and that it would not happen. Also that we have placed a new system in place so this will not happen again. He will contact us when he is ready to take care of his brakes
