Had 6:30 appt for oil chg & tire rotation...didn't get out until well after 8 without an explanation for the delay until I asked at checkout whether walk in business was the reason. I would hope repeat customers with apps would have some priority. Another reason for the delay was the tire rotation was never put on the work order. Had I not been watching the service work I would not have had the tires rotated. Fortunately the other guy behind the counter had checked on the status & caught the error in time to get the tires done even tho it was closing time. Hoping for better but have been disappointed with shop lately.

I emailed Mr Adamson to apoligze for the service that night he was here, also offered him a free oil change.
