A pleasant experience!
I had placed a hold on an incoming Camry with Alyssa, who was great to work with, and when it arrived she turned us over to Viaime Gutierrez who made the buying process actually enjoyable. She was very efficient, personable and knowledgeable about the cars. We were so comfortable with the situation my partner decided to buy a used Highlander they had in stock. Then we moved on to the finance office and met Joe Meusec who made the final step enjoyable with a welcoming personality
