Brian siegert made it great on the 16th and the mechanic who worked on my car.
Scott who I had talked to on the day of my oil change does not follow directions I told him that my car was making a noise and the mechanic was suppose to check it out he never passed the message on. He even repeated what I told him twice to do. Scott gets a big fat 0. Maybe lunch was more important than the customer.

I apologize that the advisor upon checking you in did not list all of your vehicle concerns for our technician to repair.

Upon final review of the repair work at pick up it was realized that the rattle was not noted or addressed  I am glad we were immediately able to address your concern.

I have spoken with my advisors and I assure you their focus is customer service. Again I apologize for the mishap.
