Havent been able to tow a vehicle with 2022 Palisade because of Hyundai corporate foot dragging
I bought a 2022 Palisade, and was informed shortly thereafter of a "recall" about the wiring harness for the trailer hitch. It's been almost a year since I bought the vehicle, and I cant legally tow anything with it. The dealer's response was to remove a stupid fuse that makes it so you dont have any trailer lights..SMH. It is a recall in name only, because they never actually RECALL IT TO BE FIXED. I bought the Palisade because of its ability to tow. I'm to the point of having a 3rd party fix it and ram the bill down Hyundai's you know what. Absolutely ridiculous. This review is not an indictment of the dealer, but they are an involved party to the problem.

Transmission went bad on my car at 1 year and 2 months at 10400 mile
Dealer fixed the car under warranty. Only issue is that the car was due for an oil change and they had the car for over a week and did not do an oil change

Went above and beyond to fix issues
Origionaly had a dissatisfactory experience with service. Ian, the service manager, then took the opportunity to correct any issues with my previous visit and went over an above what was needed to make sure that everything went smoothly and that the issues with my vehicle were corrected. The communication throughout this experience was extremely useful so that I understood what was wrong, and how long things would take. I was even given notice when parts were delayed I shipping which was extremely helpful for planning.

Performed oil change (at cost to me) rather than diagnosing actual engine problem
Took vehicle in for diagnosis of a check engine light for running rich. Was told to change the oil (at cost to me) because gasoline was in the engine oil. They didn't bother to actually diagnose the root cause and just changed the oil and said to bring it back if it happens again. Happened again in less than 1 week.
