Just paid $1800 for a repair I DIDN"T NEED at the Ozark location! They misdiagnosed a transmission issue as a need for replacement Catalytic Converters. They realized they screwed up and sent my car to one of the Springfield locations and they quoted me an EXTRA $4700!!! I inherited this car and on the anniversary of my dad's passing I decided to get it fixed! I couldn't afford that! I mean who can??!! I picked up my car and left with the same issue and left $1800 poorer! I literally donated money to US. Automotive and got nothing in return!!! DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS! They made no effort to make this right!
